Recent grads, experienced bookkeepers or number lovers, take note. We need you! 

Your role and responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date financial information for clients, preparing Business Activity Statements, processing payroll, producing financial reports and working with clients to help them manage their business finances.

You’re going to love the flexibility and options this role offers, we are going to love that you:

  • Have out of this world communication skills and are super efficient at what you do

  • Are obsessive about small business finances

  • Have, at least 1 year experience working in the small business payroll environment

  • Having proficiency in Xero software would be great (but not required), bonus points for Receipt Bank

  • Are Xero Certified and have Xero Payroll Certification (or aiming towards this)

  •   Basic understanding of accounting principles 

  • Pride yourself on your kick-ass personality.

Yes, you’ll need to do the standard accounting ‘stuff’ (I know you love it [; ), you will, however, be empowered to bring your unique personality, skills, and approach to take Alluvia Financial to new heights. Working alongside myself and the rest of the A-team, the scope of your role will only be limited by you.
